توضّح هذه السياسة البيانات التي يجمعها تطبيق GOLD AI (التطبيق والموقع)، وسبب جمعها، والجهات التي تعالجها، وطريقة حذفها. لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نستخدم الإعلانات أو التتبّع الإعلاني.

البيانات التي نجمعها

• البريد الإلكتروني: لتسجيل الدخول برمز يُرسل إلى بريدك. لا نطلب كلمة مرور.
• الملف العام في المجتمع: الاسم الذي تختاره، والصورة الشخصية والنبذة إن أضفتهما. تظهر هذه البيانات للآخرين مع صفقاتك وتعليقاتك، ولا يظهر بريدك لأي شخص.
• الصورة الشخصية: تُقصّ وتُصغَّر على جهازك قبل الرفع، وتُحفظ على خوادمنا لعرضها في ملفك. يمكنك حذفها في أي وقت.
• نشاطك في المجتمع: الصفقات التي تنشرها ونتائجها، والتقييمات والتعليقات والتفاعلات والمتابعات، وتصويتك اليومي على اتجاه الذهب.
• تنبيهات السعر: الأسعار التي طلبت التنبيه عندها.
• الاشتراكات والنقاط: حالة اشتراك PRO والقنوات وتاريخ انتهائها، والنقاط المستخدمة يومياً، وأرباح ناشري القنوات.
• الإشعارات: إذا فعّلت الإشعارات، نحفظ عنوان الإشعار الخاص بجهازك لإيصال التنبيهات.
• رسائل الدعم: نص رسالتك ونوعها، وبريدك للرد عليك، ونوع الجهاز لتسهيل حل المشكلة.
• صور الشارت والأسئلة: تُرسل إلى مزوّد الذكاء الاصطناعي لتحليلها، ولا نحفظ صور الشارت لدينا. قد نحفظ الإجابة مؤقتاً (حتى 24 ساعة) لإعادة استخدامها دون كلفة.
• على جهازك فقط: اللغة والمظهر وأسعار الحاسبة المحفوظة وجلسة الدخول.

الجهات التي تعالج البيانات

• Supabase: استضافة قاعدة البيانات والخادم والصور الشخصية وتسجيل الدخول (أوروبا).
• Anthropic: معالجة طلبات التحليل والأسئلة بالذكاء الاصطناعي.
• Netlify: استضافة الموقع.
• TradingView: عرض الشارت والسعر الحي داخل التطبيق، وقد يستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط الخاصة به.
• Apple وGoogle: الإشعارات، والدفع عند الاشتراك من متجر التطبيقات.

الدفع

عند الاشتراك من متجر Apple أو Google تتم عملية الدفع عن طريقهما، ولا نطّلع على بيانات بطاقتك. وعند الاشتراك من الموقع بكود تفعيل يتم الدفع مباشرة بالوسيلة التي تختارها، ولا نحفظ أي بيانات دفع.

الحماية

جميع الاتصالات مشفّرة، وكل جدول في قاعدة البيانات محمي بقواعد صلاحيات تمنع أي مستخدم من قراءة غير البيانات العامة وبياناته الخاصة. المفاتيح السرية محفوظة على الخادم فقط.

حذف حسابك وبياناتك

يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق: PRO ← حسابي ← حذف حسابي نهائياً. يتم الحذف فوراً ويشمل البريد والاسم والصورة الشخصية والنبذة والصفقات والتقييمات والتعليقات والتصويتات والتنبيهات والاشتراكات ورسائل الدعم وعناوين الإشعارات. التفاصيل في صفحة حذف الحساب.

يجب إلغاء اشتراكات Apple وGoogle من إعدادات المتجر نفسه، لأن حذف الحساب لا يوقف التجديد لديهما.

العمر

التطبيق مخصّص لمن بلغ 18 عاماً فأكثر، ولا نجمع بيانات الأطفال عن قصد.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data GOLD AI (the app and website) collects, why, who processes it, and how to delete it. We do not sell your data and we do not use advertising or ad tracking.

Data we collect

• Email address — to sign you in with a one-time code. No password is stored.
• Public community profile — the name you choose, and the profile photo and short bio if you add them. They are shown to others with your trades and comments. Your email is never shown.
• Profile photo — cropped and resized on your device before upload, then stored on our servers to display on your profile. You can remove it at any time.
• Community activity — trades you post and their tracked results, ratings, comments, reactions, follows, and your daily gold-direction vote.
• Price alerts — the prices you asked to be alerted at.
• Subscriptions and points — PRO and channel subscription status and expiry, daily AI points used, and channel publishers' earnings.
• Notifications — if you enable them, your device's push endpoint so we can deliver alerts.
• Support messages — your message and its type, your email so we can reply, and your device type to help solve the problem.
• Chart images and questions — sent to our AI provider to produce the analysis. We do not store chart images. Answers may be kept for up to 24 hours to reuse them at no cost.
• On your device only — language, theme, saved calculator prices and your sign-in session.

Processors

• Supabase — database, server, profile photos and authentication hosting (EU).
• Netlify — website hosting.
• Anthropic — processing of AI analysis and chat requests.
• TradingView — live chart and price widgets inside the app (may use its own cookies).
• Apple / Google — push notifications, and payments when you subscribe through their stores.

Payments

Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are processed by Apple or Google; we never see your card details. Activation codes bought on the website are paid directly with the chosen payment method; we do not store payment details.

Security

Connections are encrypted and every table is protected by row-level access rules, so users can only read public data and their own data. Secret keys live only on the server.

Deleting your account and data

Delete your account any time inside the app: PRO → My account → Delete my account permanently. Deletion is immediate and removes your email, name, profile photo, bio, trades, ratings, comments, votes, alerts, subscriptions, support messages and push endpoints. See Account deletion. App Store / Google Play subscriptions must be cancelled in the store settings; deleting the account does not cancel store renewals.

Age

GOLD AI is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
