تنبيه مهم: جميع المحتوى في التطبيق (التحليل وأفكار الصفقات والأخبار وصفقات المستخدمين) تعليمي ومعلوماتي فقط، وليس نصيحة مالية أو توصية بالشراء أو البيع. تداول الذهب بالرافعة المالية عالي المخاطرة وقد يؤدي إلى خسارة رأس المال بالكامل. النتائج السابقة لا تضمن النتائج المستقبلية، والقرار ومسؤوليته على المستخدم وحده.
1. الأهلية
يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 عاماً فأكثر، وأن تستخدم التطبيق بما يسمح به قانون بلدك.
2. الحساب
تسجّل الدخول ببريدك الإلكتروني، وتتحمّل مسؤولية أي استخدام لحسابك. يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق.
3. محتوى المستخدمين
بنشرك صفقة أو اسماً أو صورة شخصية أو نبذة أو تعليقاً أو تقييماً، فإنك توافق على هذه القواعد. لا نتسامح إطلاقاً مع:
- المحتوى المسيء أو الكراهية أو التحرّش أو الألفاظ البذيئة أو المحتوى الجنسي، في النصوص أو الصور.
- الاحتيال، أو وعود الربح المضمون، أو انتحال الشخصيات، أو الترويج لخدمات خارجية مدفوعة.
- الإزعاج والتكرار، أو محاولة التلاعب بالنتائج أو التقييمات.
تُتابَع كل صفقة تلقائياً على السعر الحي، ولا يمكن حذفها أو تعديلها بعد النشر. يمكنك الإبلاغ عن أي صفقة أو مستخدم، وحظر أي مستخدم لإخفاء محتواه. نراجع البلاغات خلال 24 ساعة، ونحذف المحتوى المخالف ونوقف الحسابات المخالفة، بما في ذلك صورها الشخصية.
4. الاشتراكات والدفع
- من متجر Apple أو Google: يخضع الدفع والتجديد والإلغاء والاسترجاع لسياسة المتجر، وتُدار من إعدادات حسابك فيه. يتجدد الاشتراك تلقائياً ما لم يُلغَ قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من نهاية المدة.
- من الموقع بكود تفعيل: يفعّل الكود المدة المذكورة عليه، ولا يتجدد تلقائياً.
- نقاط الذكاء الاصطناعي: يحصل المشترك على رصيد يومي من النقاط يتجدد كل يوم، ولا يُرحَّل الرصيد غير المستخدم.
- القنوات الخاصة: يفتح اشتراك القناة صفقات ناشر معيّن. يحصل الناشر على 80% من صافي سعر الاشتراك والمنصة على 20%. الناشر مسؤول عن محتوى قناته، ولا نضمن نتائجه.
5. حدود المسؤولية
تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي». لا نضمن دقة أي تحليل أو سعر أو خبر، ولا استمرار الخدمة دون انقطاع، ولا نتحمّل أي خسارة ناتجة عن قرارات التداول.
6. الإيقاف والتعديل
يحق لنا إيقاف أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط. قد نحدّث الشروط ونبلغك بذلك داخل التطبيق، ويُعدّ استمرارك في الاستخدام موافقة عليها.

Important: All content in GOLD AI (analysis, trade ideas, news, users' trades) is educational and informational only. It is not financial advice or a recommendation to buy or sell. Leveraged gold trading is high risk and you may lose all your capital. Past results do not guarantee future results. Decisions and their consequences are yours alone.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and use the app as permitted by the laws of your country.
2. Account
You sign in with your email and are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time inside the app.
3. User content (community trades)
By posting a trade, name, profile photo, bio, comment or rating you agree to these rules. We have zero tolerance for:
- Abusive, hateful, harassing, obscene or sexual content, in text or images.
- Fraud, guaranteed-profit claims, impersonation, or promoting external paid services.
- Spam, or manipulating results or ratings.
Every trade is tracked automatically on the live price and cannot be deleted or edited after posting. You can report any trade or provider and block any provider to hide their content. We review reports within 24 hours, remove violating content and suspend violating accounts.
4. Subscriptions and payment
- Through the App Store or Google Play: payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds follow the store's policies and are managed in your store account settings. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
- Activation codes from the website: a code unlocks the stated period and does not renew automatically.
- AI points: subscribers get a daily allowance of points that renews every day; unused points do not carry over.
- Private channels: a channel subscription unlocks one provider's trades. The provider receives 80% of the net subscription price and the platform 20%. Providers are responsible for their channel content; we do not guarantee their results.
5. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy of any analysis, price or news, or uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for any loss arising from trading decisions.
6. Suspension and changes
We may suspend accounts that break these terms. We may update the terms and will notify you in the app; continued use means acceptance.
